Before White Oak, she was a Portfolio Specialist at Aware Asset Management, focused on communicating investment strategies to clients. She spent most of her career in insurance at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.
Her insurance work focused on investment strategies for corporate assets, pension, foundation and 401(k) plans. Before joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Ms. Gronseth worked on the investment team at a family office.

Ms. Gronseth holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University and an M.B.A. from Augsburg College.
