Mr. Habicht leads underwriting at White Oak Global Advisors, where he has worked since 2015. He has 20 years of industry-agnostic private credit experience, covering cash flow and specialty/asset-based lending to middle-market borrowers.
Professional background
At Origami Capital Partners, he structured and executed special situation investments in both debt and equity.
Before Origami, Mr. Habicht was a founding member of Neuberger Berman Group’s Distressed Debt platform. He led value-oriented and event-driven investment opportunities across the capital structures of stressed and distressed issuers. His experience also includes the Healthcare Investment Banking division of Piper Jaffray & Co.
Education and qualifications
Mr. Habicht received a B.B.A. with distinction in Finance, Investments and Banking from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
